Brief Description

Funds raised from the Strides Against Child Hunger 5k will help the Food Bank of the Southern Tier serve our most vulnerable neighbors in need – children. 33% of the members of Food Bank client households are children under 18 years old. Child hunger is an ever increasing problem, right here in our own community!

Additional Information

*FACILITIES: Restrooms are available, but no changing facilities. Runners are encouraged to come dressed to run. *REFRESHMENTS: Refreshments and snacks provided to all race participants. *ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: No baby strollers, wheelchairs or dogs (anything with wheels or 4 legs) allowed on the course. Those exhibiting poor manners towards motorists or other runners/ walkers, reckless behavior, or not obeying the traffic marshals will be disqualified. ~Thank you for supporting The Food Bank of the Southern Tier’s BackPack Program™ ~
