All proceeds will benefit Project Fit America- helping to fight childhood obesity through the local schools. Long Sleeve t-shirt to all pre registered participants in the 5K, Early Packet Pick Up Friday Nov. 9 4:00pm to 6:00pm inside the Outpatient Surgery Center at HMH. PICK UP YOUR PACKET EARLY AND BE ENTERED TO WIN A $150.00 PREPAID VISA CARD, Race day packet pick up 7:45am to 8:45am.

5K Run/Walk Starts at 9:00am, Fit Kid's Races begin at 8:30am. Top Three Males & Females Overall will receive cash prizes and a trophy 1st - $100.00 2nd - $75.00 3rd - $50.00 , Age groups three deep male & females will receive trophies in the following 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64. 65 & Up
