Brief Description

Our Nana dedicated her life to her family and when her husband fell ill to Alzheimer’s disease she did all she could to keep his life normal.He passed away in 2000 and she continued to volunteer at the Veteran’s Hospital where he had been living.We lost her suddenly in December 2007. We remembered one phrase that she repeated to us, urging us that we could do anything:“Can’t means won’t”.This run/walk is in her memory and to raise funds for the L.I. Alzheimer’s Foundation & P.A.W.S.
