Beautiful, scenic, and fast course with some rolling hills through the Animas Valley followed by a BBQ sponsored by Steamworks Brewing at the Durango Sports Club.

The start time for walkers is 7:15. Runners may not start at 7:15 as this causes confusion in timing the race. Participants who anticipate a mile pace of 13 minutes or faster should start the race at 8:00.
