    • Brief Description

    This family-centered event, held in the heart of Duluth Heights, includes race distances for people of all fitness abilities. The part road, part woodchip-lined trail 5.1k race ends in an open field with music, food, and other fun festivities for the entire family. All youth & run participants will receive fun t-shirts.

    Directions

    From Arrowhead Rd: Turn on Swan Lake Rd. Follow for .75 miles (past stop sign) and take a left.

    From the Mall: Turn onto Joshua (across from Trinity, between Walgreens and Stoneridge) to the stop sign. Take a right on Maple Grove Rd. Turn Left on Eklund Ave (note - satellite parking is located on Eklund) until you reach Swan Lake Rd at the stop sign. Take a Right on Swan Lake Rd and proceed to the event parking area on left.

    Race Packet Pickup

    Participant packet pickup will be available on:

  • Monday (8/16) between 4:30PM & 6:30PM
  • Tuesday (8/17) between 3:30PM & 5:30PM.

    5:30PM Youth Races

  • 100yd Direct Dash (ages 6 & under)*
  • 1/4 Mile Ramblin' Run (ages 7 - 12)*

    6:00PM 5.1k Run

    * Youth races are FREE, but limited to 200 participants. Only those that sign up online are guaranteed a participant t-shirt.

    • Additional Information

    Top overall runners and age group finishers will receive awards. There will be prizes for the most fun and most encouraging spectators.

    All event proceeds will go to the YFC Encounter Youth Activity Center.
