Brief Description

This 5k Run/Walk is open to Everyone. St. Marlo Country Club is a gated community. Security at both gates will be welcoming participants from 6.30 am on the Event day. Take either the main gate on McGinnis Ferry Road or the back gate on Old Atlanta Road and just let security know you are here to participate in the 5K Run/Walk for Animals. The Run/Walk starts and ends at the Cabana. The Cabana is the Swim/Tennis area, the entrance to which is on St. Marlo Country Club Pkwy itself.

Pets !!!

Our Pets participate for free!!! Only well behaved dogs in good health and on leash may join their guardians. We recommend pets walk the course to avoid exhaustion.

Race Day Schedule:

6.30 AM - 7 AM Report for the Run/Walk & Race Day Registration. 7.20 AM Registration closes. 7.30 AM 5K Run starts & then the Walkers Start. 8.30 AM Winner Prizes. Refreshments will be served.

Additional Information

You can choose to either Run the 5K or Walk. Please report by 7 am on the Event day. If you prefer to register on the Event day at the Event location itself, we would like you to bring a check in the name of "In Defense of Animals" or cash $ 25. Please note, Online registration closes 5th Sept. Participants registering on the Event day, cannot be guaranteed a T-shirt, as we will not have time to order their size and they might receive one size of T-shirt - Medium(Adult size) until stock lasts. Please remember 5K is equal to 3.1 miles. We will have a doctor onsite at the Event!!!

Participants get one free T-shirt, give aways by sponsors, breakfast snacks and Water. Our pets will also have water available in bowls and treats. DON'T MISS OUR AWARDS CEREMONY at 8.30 am Event day!
