Brief Description

The Walk to Empower & 5K is an annual event held in Bucks County to raise awareness of teen dating violence and raise money to help continue to fund the programs and services provided by A Woman's Place (AWP), the only domestic violence organization in the county. The event is hosted by AWP's Young Adult Advisory Board (YAAB), a group of high school and college students dedicated to working with AWP to make Bucks County safer.

Online Processing Fee

There will be a $3.25 processing fee for Fun Walk and Individual 5K online registrations and a $5.30 processing fee for Family 5K online registrations. If you would prefer to not pay a processing fee, visit our website at www.awomansplace.org/events/yaab and download the registration form. Mail your completed registration form along with a check to PO Box 299, Doylestown, PA 18901.

Additional Information

Prizes will be given to the top male and female finishers.
