Please join us in honor and celebration of Veteran's Day by participating in our fun run and walk. We will be accepting on-site registrations until 7:45 AM on Saturday morning. Please bring $6.00 for parking and enter the Auraria campus via 9th street and Auraria pkwy. Cash, check, and credit card may be used when registering.
All race proceeds will go to the Metro State Army ROTC Running Club. (Non-Profit Org.) The running club uses funds to participate in races throughout Denver. Members also support community races through volunteering. The club also supports the RUSSELL B. RIPPETOE FOUNDATION honoring CPT Rippetoe who served in the 75th Ranger Regiment and was killed in action in Iraq. Rippetoe was a graduate of Metro State Army ROTC, and his foundation awards annually a scholarship and saber to a deserving ROTC cadet. You can read more about CPT Russell B.
