Brief Description

Beautiful 5k race and run through Three Fox Vineyards grounds. Prizes for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male and Female winners. Bring the family out as well for the 1 mile fun run/walk.

Virginia Wine Series

This is race two of the Northern Virginia Wine Run Series.

Course

The course is multi terrain of grass, gravel, and one spot of dirt. It is a beautiful course with rolling hills and has 1 big uphill and 1 short steep down hill. It is suggested wearing trail shoes for this course. This is not a racing flat shoe course. The course runs around the outside of the vineyards property then finishes running through the grape vines and finishes at the tasting room.

Packet Pick Up

Packet Pick up will begin at 8am at the vineyard.

Parking

When pulling into the vineyard follow the directional signs for parking. Then walk down to the tasting room for chip and packet pick up.

Timing

The 5k course is chip timed. The race is a gun start and a chip finish. Again this is not your typical 5k course be prepared to run up and down hills and on different terrain.

Wine Tasting

Wine tasting will begin after the awards ceremony.

Race Day Registration

Race Day registration will begin at 8:30am and will go to 9:15am. Please bring exact change no credit cards will be excepted. Shirts are only guaranteed for pre registered runners.
