You Can Still Register!

Registration will be accepted at Packet Pick up (Sat. 9/4 11a-5p and Sun 11a-5p) as well as on race day, September 6, from 6:30-7:30 am. Both Packet Pick Up and Race Day Reg will be held at Davis Commons (Border's Shopping Center).

Packet Pick Up

You may pick up your packet (bib, tshirt and goody bag) at any of the following times: Sat., 9/4 11am to 5pm; Sun, 9/5 11am-5pm; Mon., 9/6 (race day) 6:30-7:30 am. Packet pick up will be held at Davis Commons (Start/Finish).

Entry Fees

5K/10K: $22 $22 entry fee before Aug. 9. $25 Aug 9 - Sep 5. $27 on race day. Mail deadline - postmark by Aug 27. Online until 11:59pm Sep 2, 2010. Kids 1K Run: $15. All entrants receive a cotton race shirt with an original design. Shirt size & style subject to availability.

Start Time

5K/10K start together at 8am. Kids 1K starts at 9:30 a.m. Start/finish is at the Davis Commons Shopping Center (Gap, Borders, etc) located on First Street at D Street in Downtown Davis.

Awards

Davis Commons & GVH will award prizes to the top three overall finishers (M/F) in the 5K/10K races and the top three finishers in each age group (M/F) in the 5K/10K races. Age groups are 14 & U, 15-19, 20-29, ..., 60-69, 70+. All kids 1K finishers receive a medal.

Kids Run (Ages 12 & Under)

All kids run participants will receive a finisher's medal. The kids race is not timed or scored.

Directions

Take I-80 to the Richards Blvd exit into downtown Davis. The start/finish will be at the Davis Commons Shopping Center (Gap, Borders, etc), located on your left after you pass through the train tunnel into Downtown Davis. Parking is available on the Downtown Davis streets. Accommodations, food, activities, hotels and map available online at www.davisvisitor.com.

Proceeds

The Golden Valley Harriers, GVH, is a non profit organization dedicated to promoting running in the community. GVH is open to runners of all paces and ages. GVH donates proceeds from the race to local elementary and high school running, cross-country & Track & Field teams throughout Yolo and Solano County. Visit online at www.goldenvalleyharriers.org

Race Results

Race results will be posted online by 5:00 p.m. race day at www.changeofpace.com.
