Brief Description

Miles for Marnie features a Duathlon (3.1 mile run, 11 mile bike, 3.1 mile run), 5K run/walk, and Fun Run. Please vist www.marniejudefoundation.org to view race routes. We will have silent auction items and fun kid activities. Proceeds from the event benefit organizations focused on childhood cancer research.

The inaugural Miles for Marnie in 2011 raised $26,500 for childhood cancer research.

Miles for Marnie wishes to honor all children in the area affected by childhood cancer. You must be 16 years old to compete in the Duathlon

A t-shirt will be given to everyone that registers by April 1, 2012.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
