Brief Description

The 6th Annual Shortcake Shuffle features a 5-K Race, Fitness Walk and Children's Fun Runs for the whole family. The race course is out and back on country roads and all participants receive homemade strawberry shortcake, event t-shirt and finisher ribbon. More than 300 individuals participated in 2009.

Schedule: 7:15 a.m. - Registration begins at CLC YMCA in Damariscotta 8:30 a.m. - 5K Road Race and 3K Fitness Walk 9:15 a.m. - Kid's Fun Runs (6 and under; 7 to 10; and 11 and up) 9:30 a.m. - Ribbons and Prizes! For more information contact: hk@midcoast.com
