Brief Description

The 5K Race & Walk will be held on a closed, flat loop course through streets in residential neighborhoods. Course is certified. One mile Family Fun Run is out and back at 8am. The location will be The Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls located near the City Buildings and the intersection of Oakwood and third Sts. Close in parking available.

Bicentemial Celebration - 2012

The City of Cuyahoga Falls will be celebrating its 200 Birthday in 2012. Special events are planned each month along with a special 10 day celebration period from August 3 -12

Shreck - Costume Theme for 2012!

The always popular costume theme for 2011 will be Shreck. Join in the fun and be part of the action and wear a costume for the race.

Wheel Chair Racers Needed!

Packet Pick Up - Friday & Saturday

Packet Pickup and Registration will be available on both Friday & Saturday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.

Packet Pick Up and Final Registartion

Final Registration and packet pickup will be from 7:00 - 8:15 AM on day of race. The 1 mile fun run will start promptly at 08:00 AM. There will also be registration and packet pick up at the Natatorium on both Friday and Saturday from Noon - 5:00 pm

Bib Numbers

Please have your bib numbers pinned to the front and visible during the race. There is a pull tag that the volunteers will need to retrieve at the finish line.

Subway - Official Sponsor

While Subway has 27585 restaurants located in 85 countries, the most important Subway location on race weekend will be the one located in the Natatorium! They will once again be providing their specialized sandwichs to all registered runners at the post race party.

Performance Fabric Shirts for the first 400 5K

We will provide a high quality performance fabric shirts to the first 400 runners who ppre-registed on line. Shirts on day of race are based on availability. The 1 Mile particpants will receive a cotton t-shirt based on a first come first serve basis.

Awards: 5K Overall - top three males & females 5K Masters Overall - top male & female 5K Age Groups - top three males and females in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15 - 19, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70 & over * Age group awards may go deeper than the top three based on participation. Ribbons to all one mile finishers. Clydesdale mens and Athena women awards.
