Come and enjoy fun, fellowship, and fitness - no matter what your pace! Race is on track, trail and sidewalk and will be hand timed. Baby strollers welcome. Refreshments and snacks provided post-race. Childcare is available @ CES playground (3yrs & up). The “Kid Dash” (for children ages of 3 – 10yr) will be a free race of approximately 400 meters all participants will receive a prize. No T-Shirts provided for Kid Dash participants.
Day of registration is from 7:30am - 8:30am. Free Kids Dash is at 8:30am. 5k run/walk is at 9:00am. Awards Ceremony is at 10:30am.
The 5k will be relatively flat and be run on track, grass, sidewalk, paved road and trail within the town of Coupeville on Whidbey Island. There are 7 age divisions, each will have at least 2 prizes awarded for top finishers.
