Description
As part of their initial training, potential US Navy SEALS complete numerous timed 4 mile runs during SEAL training. Each evolution is timed and graded to determine whether these future warriors advance to the next phase of training. The TRIDENT 4 miler was created to mimic this evolution and provide 'civilians' a taste of ONE evolution that SEALS have to complete during their training.
While SEAL recruits must complete this event in boots, this race is open to anyone who wants to test themselves in a challenging 4 mile run through sand, trail and asphalt.
