Only 2 1/2 hours south of Atlanta, 1 hour south of Macon, 45 miles north of Albany ... convienent to everywhere!!

DAY of RUN Registration

Prefer online registration! But will allow day of registration between 7:30 - 8:30 AM

EARLY PACKET PICK UP or REGISTRATION

FRIDAY NOV. 4 from 3 - 6 PM, Packet Pick Up & Registration on the day before the Run! In Albany, it will be @ Advanced Rehab on Westover Rd. At the Lake, it will be @ Salt Lick on 300... Come on Friday so you'll have everything in hand when you get there on Sat.!

EAT LUNCH AFTER THE RUN!!

Cypress Grill, the lakeside waterfront restaurant @ Lake Blackshear Resort is going to OPEN for us @ 10:30 AM the day of the run so that folks in our group will be able to stick around & have lunch overlooking the lake! It will be a limited menu - great food @ great prices! Plan to eat lunch, have a soda or beer after Running for your lungs!! :)
