Event Day Schedule...Rain or Shine!
Onsite Check-in and Late Registration begins at 7:00-8:50 a.m.Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets along when you check-in or register onsite, to reserve your spot at the area we do our Hearts to Heaven Balloon Release.
Kids Fun Dash at 8:30 a.m.-Parents welcome to participate with their little ones.
5K Timed Run at 9:00 a.m.*,
5K Walk to follow at 9:05 a.m.
Awards Ceremony and Silent Auction Items awarded at 10:30 a.m.
Hearts to Heaven Balloon Release at 11:15 a.m.

For Children: The 100 Fun Dash, for those 12 and under, will begin at 8:30 a.m. Children registering for the Kid's Fun Dash will receive a free event t-shirt (T Shirt ordering is no longer available online but t-shirts will be availabe on event day on a first come first serve basis)and ribbon.
Adults, T-shirt ordering is NO LONGER AVAILABLE ONLINE. T-shirts are not guaranteed for registrations received after Aug 12th, but are given out on a first come first serve basis at check-in on event day. Registering today will not include the ability to order your T-shirts and specific sizes, but will speed your process upon check-in on event day. If you do wish to have an event T-shirt, please arrive early (7am starts registration) to have your best opportunity to get your desired T-shirts and sizes. When forming teams, the trend has been to design a unique t-shirt for each team to wear. If participants do not want the Hope & Hearts Run t-shirt, simply select the NO T-SHIRT option under the t-shirt size question.
Adult Fee includes: event participation and balloon release along with your free T-shirt (if registered by August 12th, 2009 AT NOON).

Pre/Post Race Food/Drink: You are invited to enjoy water, coffee, juice,bagels, muffins and fruit in the refreshment area.
Parking options: There is a $5.00 PER CAR PARKING FEE issued by Anoka County Park at the park entrance. The parking available is throughout the Coon Rapids Rapids Dam Regional Park in lots and streets within the park.There are two entrances to the Coon Rapids Dam, please be sure to go to the EAST side entrance, which has the Visitor Center and Enter the park at 9750 EGRET Boulevard off of Coon Rapids Boulevard. It is the ONLY entrance in Coon Rapids. West River Road in Brooklyn Park is the WRONG entrance!
