Brief Description

The 5th annual YMCA Trail Run "Presented by Conroe's Incredible Pizza" features a 5k race, 1 Mile Kids Race and 3k Family Walk at the Conroe Family YMCA. The course will wind through beautiful Camp Owen, an outdoor adventure camp located on 100 wooded acres, adjacent to the Conroe Family YMCA. The 5k and 1 mile will use Champion Chip timing.

Additional Information

The YMCA Trail Run is a charitable event benefitting the YMCA Leap of Faith Equine Assisted Therapeutic Riding Program located at the Conroe YMCA Equestrain Center. Leap of Faith is dedicated to serving riders with disabilities. Each horse, therapist and volunteer provides physical, mental and social therapies that help our riders expand their range of their abilities and encourages them to "pick up the reins of life". The program is subdized through the YMCA Partners program and serves clients living in Montgomery County. Financial assistance is available - The YMCA strives to turn no one away due to the inability to pay.
