Brief Description

Are you Strong at Heart? Join us in the OSU Ross Heart Hospital Wellness Series kick-off event at 8:30 am on February 9 for the Strong at Heart 5k walk/run at Easton Town Center. Wear your red with us to show your support for women’s heart health! Immediately following the 5k, join us in KDB for a celebration and brunch provided by the Easton Foundation. Proceeds from Strong at Heart will support Ohio State’s Ross Heart Hospital and Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute.

Tri Fit Challenge Series

The Ross Heart Hospital Strong at Heart 5K is the 2013 kick-off for the OSU Ross Heart Hospital Wellness series and the Tri Fit Challenge triathlon - an initative to create heart health activities for the prevention of heart disease. It is a partnership between The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, OSU Ross Heart Hospital, and the City of Columbus. Kick-off

After the 5K, there will be brunch and activities for the entire family at KDB at the Easton Town Center.
