Brief Description

ChampionChip Timing by Nashville Striders. The course begins outside the Riverwalk Park next to Riverside Elementary near downtown Columbia. The course meanders through the Riverside neighborhood and returns on Riverside Drive. The 1-mile race is targeted at kids with awards to each age group from 4 through 12. Adults may run but will not be scored. Adults who ran in the 5k may accompany his or her child for free.

Additional Information

The course is relatively flat with one significant hill. You’ll especially like the long down-sloping last mile along the river. A Striders Grand Prix event. $30 charge for lost ChampionChips.
