Sample Road, Park's South Entrance, 3 miles West of I-95 and JUST West of the Florida Turnpike.

Overall, Grand Master, Senior Grand Master and 5-year age groups from 40 to 80& over - 3 deep.
Young & The Restless 5K
Overall, age groups from 10 and under to 39 - 3 deep
COURSE:
USATF Certified, #FL 02027DL, measured by Gene Witkowski. T-SHIRTS: for 5K Participants. Raceday entrants not guaranteed shirts raceday.

Online and mail-in registrants must pick up their packets race day on site. CHAMPION CHIP is utilized for scoring. To be scored, you MUST pick up your Chip raceday and you MUST return chip to volunteers in the finishline chute, or be charged $30 if you fail to return your chip after the race. TO VOLUNTEER:

HEAT WARNING:
Heat and humidity can be quite high in South Florida even in late September. Expect Red-Flag Conditions.
(temperature over 70 F and humidity over 50%)
Reduce your pace accordingly. Drink plenty of non-alcoholic fluids before, during and after the race and wear loose, light-colored clothing.
Beware of heat-injury symptoms (dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speeech and thoufhts) and seek immediate help from a volunteer if you experience any of these symptoms.
