10K Run & 5K Walk. Out and back on Natchez Trace Parkway, starting and ending at first rest stop at Clinton, Miss.

Overall, Masters, Grand Masters & Senior Masters in run & walk. 5 year age groups in run, 10 year in walk. Long sleeve T-shirt. Fruit, water, Gatorade, Coke & cookies at finish. All proceeds to benefit CARA (Community Animal Rescue & Adoption) Bring dog & cat food.
