The Old Dater Farm Run for Life will benefit Hannahs Hope Fund. Hannah Sames is a local 6 year old with a rare, neurodegenerative disorder called Giant Axonal Neuropathy. Hannah’s Hope is parent, family and friend driven organization on a mission to find a cure for G.A.N. All proceeds will go toward Hannah’s Hope Fund for G.A.N.
