Brief Description

Sign up at AMERICAN RUNNING COMPANY (1689 Main St, Dunedin, FL; 34698; 727-736-8232 Come and celebrate the Color of the Month, PINK. We will have a special post race celebration with PINK food to go around. Dress up in PINK and win special awards.

The races will start in Del Oro Park

Shirts

TECHNICAL JERSEY guaranteed to early and pre registered participants.

Post Race Catering

Javier Catering will be celebrating the PINK with us! Post race party will have the PINK theme so look out for yummy pink wonders to eat after the event.

Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will also be held at the race site @ 6:40 AM. There is also Packet Pickup at American Running Company, 1689 Main St., Dunedin, FL, 34698. 727-736-8232, from 12pm to 4:30pm on Saturday Oct 13, 2012. You ARE able to pick up somebody elses packet on Saturday.

Childhood Obesity

Portion of the proceeds will go to the National Childhood Obesity Foundation. Help teach kids about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Parking

Parking is located on the same side as Del Oro park in the Kapok Tree lot, which is North of the overpass. Please arrive accordingly or bring a small bag to put your keys and race t-shirt in. There will be a secured area for these items. It is about a 5 minute walk from Shirt PU to the car.

Demo Newton Running Shoes

Stop by American Running Company during race number and Shirt pick up to get the Newton Demo shoes. You can email stephanie@americanrunningcompany to reserve your pair. Make you you give your gender, size and current shoe you are wearing. You will return the shoes after the race at race site. Bring an extra pair of shoes to home in.

Directions to the Park

From the south: Either go over the bayside bridge and Del Oro Park will be 1/2 mile on the right. Turn left at the light (Drew st) and make 1st left into parking lot. (if you pass the Pedestrian overpass than you have passed it). From the North: South on McMullen Booth, Park will be on left. Turn right onto Drew st and turn into the parking lot. You will pass the Pedestrian.

Course

The 15K and 5K will be run on the beautiful and shaded Ream Wilson Trail. Very spectator friendly course.

Awards for 15K & 5K

Overall (Male/Female and Master Male/Female and Racewalker 55 + and 54 and under). Age Group Awards: 3 Deep in standard age groups starting at 9 & Under.

Post Race Party

Come out and win NEWTON Running Shoes. There will also be raffles from our sponsors.
