Post Race Catering

Java 2 Java will be catered by Javier Catering. The theme to this event will be around Coffee and the good American Coffee break. Come out and enjoy a great breakfast after your race.

Directions to Del Oro Park

From the south: Either go over the bayside bridge and Del Oro Park will be 1/2 mile on the right. Turn left at the light (Drew st) and make 1st left into parking lot. (if you pass the Pedestrian overpass than you have passed it). From the North: South on McMullen Booth, Park will be on left. Turn right onto Drew st and turn into the parking lot. You will pass the Pedestrian prior to the parking region.

Demo Newton Running Shoes

Stop by American Running Company during race number and Shirt pick up to get the Newton Demo shoes. You can email stephanie@americanrunningcompany to reserve your pair. Make you you give your gender, size and current shoe you are wearing. You will return the shoes after the race at race site. Bring an extra pair of shoes to home in.

Parking

Parking is Kapok Tree parking lot which is North of the park. Please arrive accordingly or bring a small bag to put your keys and race t-shirt in. There will be a secured area for these items. Shirt PU and the parking lot is a 5 minute walk.

Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will be held at the race site starting @ 6:40 AM. It will also be on Saturday Aug 18, 2012 @ American Runniing Company. 1689 Main St. Dunedin, FL 34698 727-736-8232. From 12pm-4:30pm. You ARE able to pick up somebody elses packet on Saturday.

Childhood Obesity

A portion of the money from this event and all of the Aces are Wild series events will be sent to the National Childhood obesity foundation. Help educate kids on the importance of a healthy livestyle.

Awards for 5K

Overall (Male/Female and Master Male/Female and Racewalker 55 + and 54 & under) Age Group Awards: 3 Deep in standard age groups starting at 9 & Under.

Course

The 5K will be run on the beautiful and shaded Ream Wilson Trail.
