Brief Description

Come join us for the 9th Annual Frost or Fog 10-mile, 1/4 Marathon and 5K. The Frost or Fog is a fun run and walk in Upper Bidwell Park at 5-Mile Recreation Area. The event is sanctioned by USATF. Each participant will receive a technical long sleeve t-shirt and goodie bag.

Shirts

All pre-registered participants (by December 31) will receive a technical long sleeve shirt. All registrations received after December 31 will receive a shirt as supplies last.

Additional Information

Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers . Age group awards will also be given to the top three male and female finishers of each division. Sorry, no refunds. And, entries are not transferable.
