Bike requirements

Bike helmets are mandatory and you will not be allowed out on the course without one. Riders must ride as far to the right of the road as safe to do so. Riders are expected to obey all traffice laws. All cyclists must be able to finish the course in 1 hour and 15 min. If you are not at the entrance to the chip path by 9:25 you will not be allowed to cross the finish line (we don't want any cyclists and runners colliding)!

Bike/Run details

If you want to bike and run you must register for that as one event. Please designate which length run you want to do. You MUST be at the running start line by 9:30 or you will not be allowed to compete. This is not a duathlon event, so it is up to the participant to make sure you can complete the bike with enough time to get to the starting line for the run. There will be a designated area for you to store your bike and gear.

Additional Information

All proceeds from the events will be donated to Chelsea Grace Clinic, a local non-profit. Race "swag" bags to first 500 entrants; tech t-shirts guaranteed if registered prior to 4/15/10; course entertainment; pre-race Spaghetti dinner on Friday night; post-race Pancake breakfast.
