Brief Description

Difficult, sometimes technical trails with long, extended climbs, over and around Fort Mountain. Time Limits: Marathon: 8 hours. Intermediate cutoffs of 3.5 hours at 11 miles. Event located at Fort Mountain State Park, approximately 90 miles north of Atlanta. There is also a 12 mile race.

Aid Stations: Multiple aid stations along the course, with variety of food, drink and support Awards: Women/Men: Top 5 overall; 1st place masters & grandmasters. No duplication of awards.
