RACE START AND FINISH
START: Chamblee MARTA Station
5200 New Peachtree Rd., Chamblee, GA 30341
FINISH: Buckhead Station Shopping Center
DIRECTIONS TO START
From Downtown Atlanta: Take I-75/I-85 North. Stay on I-85 North. Take
Exit 91 towards Clairmont Rd/Decatur. Turn left onto Clairmont Rd and
follow for approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto New Peachtree Rd.
PARKING, MARTA & OTHER TRANSPORTATION
Please take MARTA! Parking is available at the Chamblee MARTA station and the surrounding areas, or park at the Buckhead Station shopping center and take MARTA to the Chamblee MARTA station before the start of the race (6am - 7:15am). After the race, shuttle service will be
available from the Buckhead Station shopping center fi nish line expo
area to the Lenox MARTA station at no charge, or you can walk to the
Buckhead station if preferred. Buses will NOT run from the finish line
area to the starting line after the race. Please observe any posted
parking regulations. Marta fee is $2.50 each way.
COURSE
Starting at the Chamblee MARTA Station, the course briefly heads north,
then turns south and blazes down Peachtree Rd. into Buckhead. At
Piedmont Rd., the course turns right, down to Lenox Rd., turns right
and finishes near the Buckhead Station shopping center.

The Big Peach Sizzler will offer a USATF certified, fast 10K course and will be a 2012 Peachtree Road Race Qualifier!

• Race Day registration and race number pick-up is available at the Chamblee MARTA station from 6:00am 7:20am.
