Brief Description

The whole community is invited! Race Day Registration begins at 6 a.m. Prayer Service and Kick-Off Festivities start at 8:00 am; 5K starts at 8:05 a.m; Family 1K at 9:15 am. Award Ceremony follows at 9:45 am. All participants are entered in a drawing for great prizes. Continential Breakfast and Burrito Bar will be served after the race! Stay and enjoy face-painting, music and fellowship.

REGISTRATION

On-line Registration closes on August 17, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. Race Day Registration available starting at 6:00 a.m. on Race Day.

Register by July 1, 2011 and receive a 10% discount on your registration fee!

Scoring of Events

If you register as a Family Team, please note that adults 19 & over are not eligible for overall or individual awards. Family Teams receive separate awards. The fastest 3 times for each Family Team will be used to calculate the overall Team time. Children 18 & Under registered as part of a Family Team will be eligible for age group awards. You must be registered as an Individual 5k participant in order to be eligible for overall and top 3 prizes and awards.

AWARDS AND PRIZES

Prizes and Awards will be awarded as follows: Overall Top Individual Male and Female 5k finisher; Fastest Family 1st-3rd 5k Finishers; Fastest Senior 1st-3rd 5k finishers; Top 3 Age group awards for 10 & Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18; Top 3 Male and Female awards for Open Category (ages 19-39), Masters (ages 39-59), and Over 60. All children who participate in the 1k will receive a ribbon.

1k Family Fun Run

This race is for our youngest racers and their families! Please note that this is not a timed event and paritcipants will not receive timing chips or bibs. Every child participant will receive a ribbon upon completion of their race! Please note that registration is limited to no more than 2 adults 19 and over per family registration.

BABYSITTING AVAILABLE THIS YEAR!

Babysitting will be available during the 5k Race! Babysitting is available for all racers and volunteers from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. but you must RSVP by August 15th to 303-770-0531, Ext. 0.

NEW THIS YEAR! SPIRITUAL RUNNERS!

Not a runner? This year you can support your friends and family as a Spiritual Runner! You can come out and cheer on the racers and join in a morning of fellowship and fun! The Jericho Jog is an event sponsored by St. Thomas More Catholic Church, a tax-exempt organization, as defined in Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3). All Spiritual Runner donations are tax deductible.
