Brief Description

3mile - flat & fast along scenic Cowlitz River 5 mile - mostly flat along scenic Cowlitz River and frontage road. 8 mile - 4 mile flat and 4 miles hills. Great training run for relay races , 1/2 marathons and full marathons.
