5K race on a flat course through Carmel, IN. The annual race, walk, and spinal health fair benefits research, education, and patient advocacy to improve spinal health care.
Join us on race day for the on-site Spinal Health Fair. This fun-filled community event is open to all ages, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Festivities include music, exhibits, refreshments, and free giveaways.
Spinal Champions are important to us! If you have suffered from neck or back pain and have overcome it through either nonsurgical or surgical treatments, you are a Spinal Champion. Please remember to select the option during registration to receive your official Spinal Champion t-shirt.
