Brief Description

• 1.2 mile panoramic Lagoon/ocean view run/walk starting at Veterans Park continuing up Faraday Ave • 2 mile fun walk starting at Cannon Park with an easy stroll to the Lagoon • 3.5 run/walk starting at Hubbs Trail on the Lagoon and traveling up Coast Highway, continuing down Cannon Road

All routes end at a celebration including a BBQ lunch provided by Tip Top Meats, beer from Stone Brewery, soft drinks, awards and presentations, at The Agua Hedionda Lagoon Discovery Center located at 1580 Cannon Road. Hollywood celebrities who will be on hand to show their support for our Lagoon include event “host” Christopher Knight who played “Peter” on “The Brady Bunch,” Sean Astin of “The Lord of the Rings” and “Rudy” fame and others. Prizes will be awarded to the top fundraising teams. Corporate teams of 20 can enter for $1,000 and individual Walk/Run prices will vary from $25 to $50. Sponsorships are still available.
