Brief Description

Race day Registration/transition opens at 6:30am Fun Run Starts at 7:30, 4 mile runs 8:00 and Biathlon 8:30.

Biathlon Course

The biathlon will be a flat 4 mile out and back run followed by a 19 mile flat bike on country roads.

Run Course

Run course is a flat out and back course.
