Swim 100-200 meters, Bike 2-5 miles, Run .5-1 mile Race starts at 7:00 AM, check race site for waves and start times Sunday, Sept 18, Sprint distance event Swim 1/4 mile, Bike 10 mines, Run 3.1 miles Race starts at 7:00 AM, check race site for waves and start times All participants receive medals and Tech T's. Awards to top 3 Men and Women overall Awards 3 deep per age group Race Policy Non-transferable/non-refundable.
