COURSE DESCRIPTION

The run begins on SE 6th street and Del Prado Blvd in front of the Cape Coral Hospital. The route continues down SE 6th street to SE 13th Court and along residential streets and back to the Cape Coral Hospital parking lot near the Wellness Center.

PARKING

Parking is available in the Hospital parking lot.

HEAT WARNING

Temperatures/humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluids (non- alcoholic) for 48 hours prior to, during and upon finishing the race. Beware of heat-injury symptoms (dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speech and thoughts). Seek immediate assistance if symptoms occur. Wear loose, light-colored clothing.

CHIP TIMING

This event is being timed with the ChronoTrack Timing System. When you pick up your race number you will also receive your disposable D-tag timing strip for your shoe. Click here to watch the video on how to wear the ChronoTrack D-tag.
