Brief Description

The Wounded Warrior Race is operated by FabNine Inc., a non-profit company, with support from the Camillus Police Department, WAVES, and many local volunteers and sponsors. Entry fees from this race will support Syracuse VA Medical Center's Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom programs. Money raised from this event will directly benefit Soldiers wounded in battle in Iraq and Afghanistan.

2011 Wounded Warrior Races:
10k Run - 10:45am start time

2 Mile Walk - 10:45am start time


5k Run - 11:00am start time

Awards and refreshments will be provided at FabNine's Post Race Party.

5k course is USATF Certified.

Team Red, White, and Blue

Open to all runners.

TRWB is a Veteran organization with the aim of raising money for wounded soldiers, marines, sailors, and airmen and women by participating in events such as the Wounded Warrior Races.

Post Race Party

Your reward for running the Wounded Warrior Race is FabNine's Post Race Party. There will be plenty of ice cold beverages for all participants and volunteers 21 and over with a legal ID.

T Shirts

T-Shirts will be presented to the first 400 participants. T-Shirts will be available the day of the race but they will not be guaranteed.

Awards

10k and 5k Run
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 overall male and female racers.

Plaques will be awarded to the top 3 male and female racers in the following age groups:
14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over.

2nd Place Overall Male/Female - $75
3rd Place Overall Male/Female - $50
