Brief Description

This run is in honor of the 173 soldiers from Georgia that have died for our freedoms in Iraq and Afghanistan since 9/11/01.

Directions

I-85 North to Exit 113 (I-985N), go 8 miles to Exit 8 (Friendship Road) and turn left, Friendship Road will change names to Holiday Road in 1.5 miles, keep going straight for another 3.1 miles to Lake Lanier Islands Resort, then follow the signs. Your participation in the race will get you in the resort without a vehicle entry fee.

Awards: Overall m/f and top 3 in 14 different age groups in the 10k and 5k. Top 3 m/f for runners 12 and under in the 1k.
