As 2010 quickly approaches, NOW is the time to make a plan for a healthier, happier and stronger self. Let our Beginning Running program help you to reach your personal fitness goals with our 10 week training program. If you can run a loop of Prospect Park and are ready to take your running to the next level, the this program is for you. Level II takes up where Level I leaves off (but you needn't have done Level I to participate!)
