With the New Year approaching, NOW is the time to make a plan to reach your personal health and fitness goals! Let our Beginning Running program help you to reach your personal fitness goals with our 10 week training program. If you can run a loop of Prospect Park and are ready to take your running to the next level, then this program is for you. Level II takes up where Level I leaves off (but you needn't have done Level I to participate!)
