The Swim will consist of THREE LAPS IN THE EAST GALLATIN RECREATION AREA LAKE. The NEW Bike Course is out and back consisting of flat, rolling and a few steep climbs. All of the climbs offer great views of the surrounding mountains and the Montana landscape. The course will be open to traffic and all riders must wear a helmet and obey all traffic laws. No drafting. The Run course is two loops and flat. Spectators will have plenty of chances to see and encourage their athletes along the course. 50% Pavement and 50% smooth trails and dirt road.
