Brief Description

This race will begin and end at the Bowie High track. Course follows a loop through the neighborhoods near the high school -- one final lap on track to end the race! Same-day registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Packet pick-up, including a shirt for the first 100 registrants, takes place at Charm City Running, Annapolis, on Friday, April 13 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. You may also pick up packets on race day. Scholarship Information

This scholarship honors the memory of Chuck Pacholkiw, Bowie High Class of 2005, by supporting a deserving Bowie High student planning a college major in a math or physics-related field. Chuck was an amazing, brilliant, genuine young man who would have had a stellar career in physics. Help us to honor his academic legacy and dreams by helping a worthy student become the next Stephen Hawking!

ON-LINE REGISTRANTS AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED FOR A DOOR PRIZE DRAWING TO BE ANNOUNCED AT RACE -- WINNERS WILL RECEIVE A $50 or $100 restaurant gift certificate! Runners' prizes, including Charm City Running gift cards, MANY restaurant gift certificates, movie tickets, Nationals tickets, and Newseum tickets, will be announced and awarded to top male and female finishers, as well as the top three male and female winners in each of the following age categories: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Live music provided by local Bowie High School bands.
