Brief Description

Swim is in the pool; bike and run on the Greenway Trail. Awards, door prizes, and refreshments immediately following race. Helmet required for bike portion.
3 age groups/distances:
8 & under: swim 50m, bike 1 mile, run 0.5 mile;
9-12: swim 100m, bike 3 miles, run 1.0 mile;
13-18: swim 200m, bike 4 miles, run 1.5 miles

Additional Information

Registration after 5/4/13 will be $30. You can register here online or mail a registration form to: 152 W. Donnies Dr., Boone, NC 28607.
