The Life Time Athletic Rock the Run 5K begins at the entrance of the Arvida Park of Commerce on Yamato Rd. The race course heads up a beautiful shaded road in a form of a T shape. You will be serenaded and rocked by several local musicians waiting for you at every 1/4 mile marker. The race will end at Life Time Athletic Club where more musicians and singers will rock you to your core as their upbeat jams keep you running to the beat all the way to the finish line.
Life Time Athletic Club Post Race Party Guaranteed to be the best post race party of the year, Life Time Athletic will provide beverages, live entertainment and much more! Complimentary post race refreshments will be provided. Don't forget your ID!
