Both the 9K and 18K have a challenging mix of ski/hiking trail and single track mountain bike trail.
The 18K loops through the Tollund property, a beautiful land acquisition of Dane County Parks. This 3K loop takes you all the way up to County Hwy F across from Brigham Park, the east mound.
Aid stations are at about 4K intervals, but the terrain is challenging, so plan on carrying some water and fuel.
Tech running T-shirt; Showers (bring a towel); Water, energy drink, and food on course; Post-race food!
