All racers that sign up by March 8th will recieve a race t-shirt. All racers will recieve free admission to the Auto Show on Sunday March 23rd.
Packet pick-up - Early packet pick-up will be on Friday, March 22nd from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM or Saturday, March 23rd from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Capital Blue health and wellness store at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. Racers can also pick up their packets on race day from 7:00 - 7:30 AM. If you need special arrangements, please contact Caitlin Stibitz at 610-530-5511.
Race day information - all racers must report to the starting line by 7:45 AM on raceday. Parking is in the lots at Stabler Arena, starting line is behind the stadium. A course map can be found at https://www.lehighsports.com/assets/sports/xcountry/5KXCountryMap.pdf
Awards - There will be an awards ceremony following the race at 9:00 AM which will be held in the Hospitality Suite, 2nd floor of Stabler Arena. Awards will be given to top 3 male and top 3 female finisher in the race. Age group awards will be given for the top male and top female finisher in each category - 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & older. The team with the fastest combined time will also be given an award.
Each racer will recieve free admission to the Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Show for Sunday, March 24th. It is held inside Stabler Arena, opening at 10:00 AM.
