Brief Description

Flat & fast through the streets of Bellmore. Certified course with only 9 turns.

4 Mile Run

Open to all athletes 13 years of age & up
Starts at 9:00 sharp on Pettit Avenue, 100 meters west of the Bellmore Firehouse.

1 Mile Youth Run

Open to all athletes 12 years of age & under.
Starts at 8:15 sharp.

Packet Pickup

Sunday, July 3 at Runner's Edge, Farmingdale, during store hours
Monday, July 4 near finish area on Grand Avenue, until 8:15 AM

Parking

Please park at train station. DO NOT park on Bedford Avenue (race course).

Awards

4 Mile Run: Prize money to top 3 overall male & female Open & Masters (40+). Awards to top 3 wheelchairs & top 3 male & female masters law enforcement & age groups 13-18, 19-24, 25-29, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+
1 Mile Youth Run: top 3 male & female. Riboons to all other finishers.

Team Competition

First 3 male & female open & first 3 male & female masters' teams.
Team score is combined score of 3 runners.
Fill out team registration card on race day before 8:45.

Race Amenities

Tank tops to first 500 entrants.
Refreshments before, at every mile and at the finish.

No Strollers or Baby Joggers

Strollers, baby joggers, bicycles, skates, skateboards and pets are not permitted on the race course.

Timing & Technical Services

Provided by Finish Line Road Race Technicians using the Chronotrack disposable timing tag system.
