Brief Description

Sprint Triathlon --- 400 yard swim, 11 mile bike, 3 mile run Duathlon --- 1mile run, 11 mile bike, 3 mile run Swim Course: From Long Dock out and back. Transition Area: Long Dock Bike Course: Out and back on Rt 9D South. Run course: Out and back to Dennings Point (flat and smooth off-road).

Packet pick-up will be at Bikeway Bicycles in Wappingers Falls (1581 Rt. 376, Wappingers Fall, NY 12590 Next to the Dutchess County Airport) on Saturday July 09th. 12-4pm. There is no race day registration!
