Brief Description

Jail Break Run is a 100% non-profit event. Proceeds are to help officers & their families in time of need and fund criminal justice scholarships. This run will be benefiting the Baytown Municipal Police Officers Association - Helping a Hero Fund & fund the Marcus Lee Zaruba Criminal Justice Foundation Scholarship at Sam Houston State University.

Friday, February 10th 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Baytown Police Department - 3200 North Main Street, Baytown, TX 77520 AND Saturday, February 11th 5:30 a.m.-6:30 a.m. at Baytown Police Department - 3200 North Main Street, Baytown, TX 77520

Fees

$55 if postmarked by October 30, 2011 $60 - Nov 1st– Dec 15th, 2011 $65 - December 16, 2011—January 9, 2012 $75—January 10, 2012-Day of Event

All Participants

The first 300 runners will get a technical shirt and goodie bag. The rest will recieve a cotten shirt and goodie bag. All finishers will get a custom finishers medal.

Awards

Male & Female Top Finisher Award. Male & Female 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place Finishers in each age group will receive an award. Ages: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, 61-65, 66-70, 71+

Additional Information

The Jail Break Run 1/2 Marathon will start and finish at the Baytown Police Dept. The middle of the course you will be running up to the top of the Fred Hartman Bridge, turn around and descend back down the same side of the bridge. It will be a wonderful run to view the Houston Ship Channel and city of Baytown.
