8:00 a.m. - Registration opens; 9:00 a.m. - 1 Mile Wellness Walk; 9:30 a.m. - 5K Hell-th Run; 10:15 a.m. - Kids Dashes; 10:30 a.m. - Awards Ceremony

Courses

5K & 1M are entirely on park grounds and city pathways - NO TRAFFIC! 5K is USATF-NJ certified. 5K is USATF-NJ 500 point Grand Prix.

Awards

5K - Top 3 overall men and women; top 3 men and women in each 5-year age category (14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, through 85+); Kids Dashes - Ribbons to all finishers!

Run Like Hell-th is held for the benefit of Friends of Special Children in Bayonne, NJ and is presented by your chiropractors at 734 Broadway in Bayonne.

Directions

***Location: Stephen R. Gregg-Bayonne County Park, Avenue A, 37th Street north to 48th Street, Bayonne, Hudson County, NJ*** Directions: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14A. Proceed straight out of the toll plaza down Avenue E, make a right at 48th Street, and go four blocks to the north entrance of the park.

$22 5K, 1M (through 4/5 online; 4/4 via mail); $19 5K 2013 USATF-NJ Members (4/5 online, 4/4 mail); $28 5K, 1M on race day; $10 Kids Dashes; *Pre-registration includes an event tee; post-registrants will receive event tees while supplies last. *Credit cards accepted for online pre-registration. Checks accepted via mail. Cash or checks accepted on race day.
